The roads committee objective/mission statement:
The road committee will be responsible for the planning of the road improvement plan going forward. The committee will define the plans for year two and beyond and present said plan to the board of directors for approval. The committee will also define and manage the governance plan which will be followed for any delays or impacts.

Please note that the initial approval of work to be completed for the road plan was slated to continue up until the end of October 2020. Work will continue next year with an updated plan accordingly.
Should there be any questions or concerns with the above-targeted dates on the road plan, please feel free to reach out to the management office; however most questions and/ or concerns can be addressed upon review of the attached FAQs along with the "original" 5-year road assessment [grading system].

E-Statements for March 1 have been sent to all property owners with email addresses on file for information purposes. The physical mail statements have been severely delayed, and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused; however, you have 24/7 access online through your owner member portal.
