**You do not set up automatic monthly payments in TOPS PAY
The board approved the budget for the Oct. 2022-Sept. 2023 Fiscal year and approved dues in the amount of $995.00.
Annual dues are due on OCT 01, 2022 as per the governing documents. With COVID-19 and other economic issues, the Board and Management Office has also approved an extended grace period to avoid late fees to NOV 30, 2022. Be sure to pay full, half, or both monthly payments for Oct. and Nov. of $99.50 each by November 30th. (total due $199.00)
If you have multiple lots, you will need different email addresses for each account as the same user cannot share email addresses for different accounts. If you would like to use a different email address, please contact us to update your records. An Annual Member Registration Form* is necessary (along with a copy of the property deed).
*This should be completed to receive updated amenity badges in the future.
With more convenient ways to pay, you can pay the total amount in full ($935.00): half-payments ($497.50), or 10 monthly payments equal to $99.50
One-time payments and automatic payments can be made using a credit card, debit card, or ACH through your bank account.
MEMBERSHIP DUES PAYMENT OPTIONS
You have the option to pay the total amount due of $995, a half-payment of $497.50, or set up automatic monthly payments of $99.50. At least one of the payments must be made on or before the Nov. 30th grace period to avoid late fees & interest.
Owners that have paid dues in full of $995 will no longer receive a monthly statement for the 2022 fiscal year.
Owners that have made a half payment of $497.50 will receive a statement on Feb. 2023 that will be due on March 30, 2023.

If you see this on your account, this means that you have an outstanding balance for dues prior to the 2019-2020 or 2020-2021 fiscal year or you not paid the road assessment or a fine, late fee or interest. Please contact the management office for payment plan options to bring your account current.
