The board approved the budget for the 2020-2021 Fiscal year and approved dues in the amount of $866.00.
Annual dues are due OCT 01, as per the governing documents. With COVID-19 and other delays, the board has also approved an extended grace period to avoid late fees to NOV 30.
If you have multiple lots, you will need different email addresses for each account as the same user cannot share email addresses for different accounts. If you would like to use a different email address, please contact us to update your records. An Annual Member Registration Form* is necessary (along with a copy of the property deed).

With more convenient ways to pay, you can pay the total amount in full ($866.00): half-payments ($433.00), or 10 monthly payments equal to $86.60.
One-time payments and automatic payments can be made using a credit card, debit card, or ACH through your bank account.
For recording purposes, it is easier to charge everyone monthly payments to remove the need for a signed payment plan sheet as required in the past. You have the option to pay the total amount due, half-payment, or pre-pay in full. After the NOV 30 grace period to avoid late fees & interest, owners that have paid dues in full of $866 will no longer receive a monthly statement for the 2021 fiscal year. Owners that have made a half payment of $433 will receive a statement for Feb 2021.
*If you see less than $86.60, woo-hoo! You are ahead of the game and have a credit on your account that has been applied towards the payment due.*
