After the NOV 30 grace period to avoid late fees & interest, owners that paid dues in full of $866 will not receive a monthly statement for the 2021 fiscal year. Owners that have made a half payment of $433 will receive the next statement for Feb 2021.

INDOOR POOL/CLUBHOUSE UPDATE (COVID-19)
For the safety of all of our Members, the indoor pool and clubhouse are closed until further notice. In-person operations remain limited as the Lobby is only open from Monday-Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Masks are required at all times.

Attention Section 17 & 18 Residents! Due to the most recent heavy rainfall we received, maintenance has inspected the roads and there appears to be road erosion on Stoney Hollow Drive. While currently driveable, it was decided that effective August 12, 2020, a portion of the road will be closed until further notice. Repairs are expected to begin in early 2021 (pending weather). Please stay safe and we thank you for your understanding!
