About Us

When you purchased your property, you became a member of our community association. Membership entitles you to attend and observe board meetings and vote in board elections. You may even want to consider running for a board seat yourself! Our community thrives because residents volunteer for committee assignments and eagerly stand for board elections. Get involved – we need you. 

The community has a number of common areas and services, which the management and maintenance team work together to keep them attractive and enjoyable. We share these areas and their expenses when we pay our dues.

Our community is governed by the elected board members which consist of owner-members that perform their duties on a volunteer basis. With such a large community, the board has employed a management team to help cover their large scope of responsibilities, such as:

• Guide and consult with the board of directors to fulfill their duties
• Execute the decisions, directives, and policies approved by the board of directors
• Document transactions accounting and otherwise, activities, and records of the association

The board is in charge of decision making and the Management Team has to fulfill the actual dues collection, maintenance, vendor payment, and serve as the primary homeowner point of contact. The specific responsibilities of the Community Association Manager can be broken down into four sections:

• Accounts Receivable Management
• Site Management
• Accounting Services
