The Approved Budget for the fiscal year 2024-2025, is available for your convenience on the Owner Portal under Community Documents. The budget was presented to the community with a detailed slide show at the July 2024 membership meeting. The 2024-2025 Budget was approved at the August 2024 Board Meeting. The Annual Assessment will be $$1,074.50 for 2024-20235
The By-Laws and Rules & Regulations of the Association can be found on the Owner Portal under Community Documents. These are important to reference to avoid costly fines.
Committees advise and assist the board in conducting the business of the association. Interested residents of the community are invited to volunteer for committees where they have an interest and can make a contribution to the community. Please use the link below to check all committees on which you would like to participate. It is important to select only the committees that you will dedicate time towards consistently for the duration of 1 year. The application can also be completed at the management office and should be done prior to the October election meeting when committee members are seated.
Our renovated recreation hall can be reserved by owners in good standing for private gatherings.
The rental agreement and payment for the reservation ahead of time is required.

Apply along with payment to the management office for Board review. You will receive notification from the Management Office within 30 days of the board's decision.

We welcome short and long-term rentals here in Winona Lakes! Please review the rental policy to ensure that all requirements are met. The proper forms must be submitted along with all required information and fees to the management office. Annual billing of rental fees is Annual and can be paid quarterly but the owner must remain current with dues.
