Board of Directors

  The Board shall consist of nine (9) Directors who shall serve without compensation. Directors shall be elected at the Annual Membership and Election Meeting and shall serve staggered three (3) year terms.  The Board shall be vested with the duty and obligation of determining all matters of policy and decisions of the Association and such other duties as set forth by the By-Laws.
